Hi, my name is Paolo, I’m an associate professor at the IT University of Copenhagen and the head of the ITU brAIn lab. I’m affiliated with the Center for Digital Play, the Creative AI Lab and the Pioneer Center for Artificial Intelligence.
I work with my team to investigate and develop computational models of user emotions, cognition and behaviour in digital environments. We are currently working on a number of research projects exploring how machine learning can help us model and understand complex phenomena such as difficulty, challenge, learning skills and visual perception.
